Derivation Heigh: a Scots word meaning “High” – the Green is the highest point on the Course.
Description This long Par 3 is bounded all the way to the Green by dense trees on the left and a wood which is out of bounds on the right, and is the first of a trio of finishing holes which destroys many a card. Although the only hazard is a single bunker to the left of the plateau Green, it a mere 25 yards from the out of bounds on the right, and a slope in the Fairway at the approach means it gathers many drives.
