Derivation Kilbride: From the tee the area of Kilbride can be seen, now partly occupied by the town of East Kilbride.
Description It is essential here to keep the drive left of the bunker on the Fairway 200 yards from the Tee otherwise the ball will kick right into heavy rough and possibly out of bounds. The pin position is often behind the bunker at the front left of the Green, in which case favouring the right half of the Fairway with the second shot will leave a straightforward chip and putt for your Birdie.
